the verdict is in

I had a cleaning/check-up at the dentist last week. No cavities! I've had a bagillion cavities in the last few years, so I was majorly stoked. The change: I finally told myself that I should buy a Sonicare toothbrush to see if it would help. So at my last check-up, I bought one and have been using it every time I brush. Hopefully this trend continues, and I continue to have no cavities. Brandon has his own head, too, so we will see if he has any cavities at his next appointment. It must be getting our teeth cleaner like it claims.
