The rest of the weekend we spent at my parents' house. Odie taps into his inner farm dog whenever we visit. Baylee, not so much. She can be seen cleaning herself or begging for attention from my mom and dad or giving kisses or wanting to get in the air conditioned house. They both got baths in the puppy pool when we got home.
On Saturday night we went to
Indian Island Winery by Smiths Mill for supper and a wine tasting. And of course, we bought some wine. Sunday was spent lazing around, baking cookies, and fireworks. I think I finally caught up on my sleep while there. :) It was a good long weekend.
