Celebrating Christmas

Family Christmas was at Amanda's house last weekend.  We traveled there on Friday, leaving our house at 11 a.m. and not arriving until 5 p.m.  No, it does not take 6 hours to get there, but it took us that long that day.  We were already past Owatonna when we realized we forgot Everett's milk and antibiotic.  He had the longest car ride of his life that day.  He surprised us and wasn't too fussy in his car seat, though.
On Saturday, we chilled with family and opened gifts. Everett was spoiled, but thankfully he is too young to realize it.  We took some pictures by the tree, also. Amanda always seems to find the fattest trees in the land.
Everett didn't sleep that well Friday night, but it was by far the better night of the weekend.  All day Saturday he wouldn't eat nor sleep, so he was up all night hungry.  Brandon and I slept none.  On Monday and Tuesday, he was fussy all day and still wouldn't eat or sleep.  I think the change in his routine threw him off.  Hopefully we can get him back into it, so that we are all happier.
